This week's creativity has been in the kitchen. Kevin used the magnetic poetry to decorate the fridge.
Every month our arts council puts on an event featuring live music and dessert. The desserts get better every month. For January I made a strawberry pound cake from a recipe I got from my cousin at Christmas.
I swirled in a little red food coloring just for added counter appeal. It has real whipped cream topping and strawberries between each layer. It didn't cut well, lots of sliding around.
But boy it tasted good. I love it when strawberries start tasting good again.

YUM-mers! Looks good. next time try splitting 2 thickers layers, it won't slide around as much.
Wow. That's the best use of magnetic poetry I've ever seen!
And, man, does that cake look delicious.
