Finished Lace

I made my first lace project last fall as a Christmas gift. With the craziness of family travels it was just gifted last week. So now it can debut here. Hopefully I can get a modeled shot soon.

The scarf soaking, then pinned out on the bed. It was very cool to see how far it was willing to stretch.

The yarn is Knitpicks Shimmer in the Maple Leaves color, Baby Alpaca and Silk.

Is this the fir cone scarf? It looks a lot like my first lace, which was Wendy's fir cone pattern...

I love how it looks like strawberries when it was soaking!
