Today was my actual due date. I must say the lack of sleep and overall craziness of our lives is a great improvement over being very pregnant. K was 8lbs as of Monday, up from his birth weight of 6lbs 15oz. He definitely knows how to eat. Now if only I could predict when and how long it will take! As for sleeping, also very random. Yesterday he slept most of the day. Today he's been asleep about two hours since we got up this morning. I hope that's a good thing for our night. It didn't get much accomplished around here today. I had a few goals for today. Baths and nail clipping for both of us, this blog post, Wow, now I can't even remember what the other thing was. All in all, only his bath has happened from that list. Oh well, who cares?
There has been some knitting! My Pomatomus sock is making progress while we're nursing.

I'm really impressed you are getting knitting done! That blue sock is such a lovely color. What is the yarn?
That is one cute baby.
Knitting AND baths? You got it going on! Just do what you can. The rest can take care of itself.
What a precious little angel. :)
Wow. You can knit while you take care of all that? Go you!

just found your blog again and, yay, what a beautiful little guy. he sounds like he is doing well, getting bigger. i know just what you mean about things to do on a daily basis, i rarely remember more than two non-baby tasks at a time. hang in there, the fun is just beginning. congrats
Knitting and nursing--I always knew you had it together! I felt accomplished when I was up and showered by noon the first few weeks :)
Sarah, he is such a cutie! I'm glad that things are going well. Be on the lookout for a little package in the mail this week ...
