Raising the Bar

Just when we thought we'd baby proofed for the crawling person.... He raises the bar. Last week he started pulling up on my when I was sitting on the floor and had even gotten all the way to his feet a few times. But this morning I looked over to see this....

Somehow I haven't had much knitting time this week. Go figure. But I did finish this pair on the way to Asheville last Saturday.

Pattern: Reversai from Sock Madness 2
Yarn: Lorna's Laces Shepherd Sock
Color: Sand Ridge

Sarah, those Reversai look beautiful in that colourway!

Do remember that from now on, knitting goes on a HIGH shelf... Good luck!

My oldest you could tell "No touch" once and she'd never touch it again. The younger one, that would just be invitation to touch. Both were very early walkers, therefore into a lot. But I enjoyed every second and miss those days sometimes. They grow up so very fast (8-1/2 and almost 6 now).

The socks are lovely!

The socks look great -- beautiful color choice.

But DANG that baby is cute. Dangerous, but cute :)
